Cass and Ferry Apartments is a welcoming community comprised of  buildings located in Midtown Detroit.  Although the historic buildings that make up Cass and Ferry can date back to the early 20th century Cass and Ferry Apartments was formed in 2011 at the start of Detroit’s renaissance.


The charming buildings not only offer a great history, but a superior location. The list of notable neighbors includes the DIA, The Detroit Public Library and The Detroit Historical Society, along with iconic neighborhood restaurants and bars, such as Shewolf, Selden Standard, Bar Miami, Chartreuse, Jolly Pumpkin and Slows to Go, to name just a few. It is surrounded by the  Wayne State University campus and is a short walk to the College for Creative Studies. Cass and Ferry’s walkability is unlike most neighborhoods, but it’s also near major freeways and conveniently located near The Qline, several bus routes, and MoGo bike stops. It is a quick bike ride or trip on the Qline away from both Downtown Detroit and New Center, be it for work, sporting event or a concert.
